JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY ROLE:

Manage relationship on daily basis with Logistic provider
Manage customs procedures and paperwork
Responsible for inventory control
Order and repair entry
Stock and Purchase administration in Exact, including monthly forecasting
Main contact internally for all customer orders and anything related to orders.
Prepare monthly overviews with regards to invoices, shipping, inventory, backlog
Handle delivery notes and packing notes + invoicing and credit notes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience Sales admin/logistics admin
Preferred also experience in some financial admin related tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Microsoft Office and Exact experience

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Fluent, (both spoken and written) English and Dutch, preferably one other European language
Accurate worker
Very good communication skills

EDUCATION:

Relevant degree.
