JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sr. Financial Analyst supporting Trucking and Logistics (T&L) Direct Sales; Construction Equipment (CE) Direct Sales; Construction Equipment OEM Sales; and Partner Service Provider (PSP) Sales.
Review, analyze and approve Sales deals for the division's fleet management products and services offerings in the Trucking & Logistics, Construction Equipment and Partner Service Providers markets.
Coordinate, maintain and update sales guides (aligning sales guides to division profitability objectives);
Establish and prepare monthly and ad hoc market analysis and reporting for Direct Sales vs. PSP Sales;
Establish and prepare monthly and ad hoc sales analysis and reporting for sales mix (new vs. existing);
Provide Finance support for new and existing Sales commission plan, including review and analysis;
Review sales contracts and coordinate accounting memos for complex sales contracts with Corporate Accounting; and
Establish and prepare monthly and ad hoc analysis for satellite cost.
Responsible for Finance support of sales activity for European sales organization.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Essential skills:

solid work experience in Finance or Accounting field, preferably for a multi-national company.
Previous experience supporting Sales organizations in a Finance role.
Experience with accounting and reporting software, preferably Exact Windows (Globe);
Intermediate skills in Excel;
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
Able to work in a fast paced environment while meeting internal and external deadlines;

Desirable skills:

Big 4 (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Deloitte and Touche, or KPMG) accounting experience
Experience in large, multi-national company
Experience in technology or telecommunications industry

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Essential skills:

Positive, 'Team Player'
Motivated, hardworking, requires little supervision
Must speak and write fluent English

Desirable:

Speak and write fluent Dutch, and/or other languages
Seeking career advancement

EDUCATION:

University or college degree in Accounting or Finance.
