JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in financial management and guiding business decisions; requires strong business acumen, P&L management experience, and solid business planning experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervision of staff responsible for financial analysis, annual- budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly accounting close of all financial systems.
- Production and presentation of monthly financial results- (internal, divisional, and corporate reporting).
- Presentation of financial- results to European Managing Director and Senior Management Team, Division Controller, Division VP Finance, U.S. Executive Team and Corporate Finance department on monthly basis.
- Implement and manage Division's financial- policies and procedures.
- Develop, create and provide operating metrics to- support on-going operations.
- Review and approve all financial aspects of- business contracts and negotiations.
- Implement accounting/finance systems- which will support a high growth, high volume sales operation.
- Develop- financial models and scenarios to evaluate business opportunities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Solid experience in increasingly responsible business and financial management positions.
Strong Finance, Accounting, and Tax experience and background required.
Experience as a group/division controller for a major US or European company.
Significant experience in supporting sales and manufacturing in a highly technical environment.
Experience establishing and managing financial policies and procedures.
Demonstrated and proven success in a Senior Level Financial management role in the related industry.
Must have strong leadership skills.
Experience directly supervising a team of financial analysts or accountants.
Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus.
Must be fluent in English and Dutch. Other languages are a plus.
Travel may be required.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and initiative required. Demonstrated success in managing small multi-functional team to execute in a fast paced, growing business.
Experience in the wireless telecommunication and/or fleet management industry highly desirable.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with a Certified Pubic Accountant (CPA) and/or Master's of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
