The key to EutelTRACS integration is using the Circle of Service™ and the built-in "macro" messaging capability. Macros provide preformatted "fill-in-the-blank" or pre-filled messages, which are more cost-effective than freeform messages, can be updated over the air, and are easily defined by dispatch. All messages are also acknowledged and have a return-receipt option. Message priority options, password protection, and "sleepy" messaging when the ignition is off are other critical built-in features that make EutelTRACS integration seamless and highly effective.
