JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY ROLE:
Build relationships with our customers, providing training and spending time on site to ensure that they are totally satisfied with our services and products.
Support the installation of our products and interact with the Customer Care team to ensure goals are achieved and our products reflect our customer needs.
PRIORITIES:
- Provide complete hardware and software installation, training support, software product line support and project management.
- Analyze customer use of product and advise on improvement for utilization.
- Participate in resolution of customer issues.
- Participate and support beta efforts in region.
- Weekly reporting of ongoing activities to manager (customer visits, meeting reports, customer details, future needs).
- Promote unit and ancillary sales through consultation and/or evaluations.
- Participate in updating/creating processes of improvement.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
COMPETENCIES:
- relevant experience in related industry ideally coming from the transport industry. Experience should include client support activities.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, own initiative, and ability to work independently and desire to work in a sometimes hectic environment.
- Must be creative, with strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
- Affinity with high tech industry (communication, fleet management) is desired.
- Good PC knowledge and skills.
- The job requires frequent travel and working out of your home or mobile office.
- Good English communication skills
